Enterprise Rent-A-Car

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT THE RUN AROUND! A manager there by the name of Nick lied to my face stating “It is Enterprise’s policy to have a damage waiver without personal insurance. He made me purchase the damage waiver when I was already covered by my credit card policy, for which I clearly explained. I have over 24 rental periods under my belt and never been forced to dish out an extra hundred bucks. The great people at the customer care line read the rental policy and my credit card policy, reconfirming I was right. They filed the complaint and got my money back. I would suggest going to the enterprise outside downtown Saint Paul on 7th and Lafayette. Ask for Nikki, she’s the best and will get you on the road without any issues!

I only rent from these guys, they have always been great with customer service, friendly and on top of things. They have always filled my needs with a vehicle that fits my needs. I would recommend this location 100% as I have rent through other locations and had good service but find that White Bear Lake Location really gets to know their customers needs and will deliver.

Tried to rent a vehicle through White Bear Lake Enterprise but was refused service because I wanted to use my bank card for payment but because I'm not a Minnesota resident I'm not allowed to. I've never heard of such a rule and I was never informed of such a rule while booking the rental. Not sure what debiting a bank card has anything to do with being a resident or not. Customer service was in no way a help in coming up with a solution to my problem.

You will be placed in whatever car they have for you. I had to drive to Denver, Colorado and they gave me a Dodge pick up 3500 when I rented A midsize vehicle. Another time I received a Hyundai accent after renting a full size/ standard vehicle. The Hyundai had 50000 miles, And was in poor condition to be rented. A loose Caliper on the front right tire and a stinky interior made this drive a nightmare . Enterprise offered no solutions and no compensation. What a joke!

I only rent from these guys, they have always been so customer orientated, friendly and on top of things. From Nick, Micah, Brittany down to their car cleaner they all are great!! Thanks!!
