It's an Amazing place to rent a car. I drove 30 mins to get the vehicle. I had booked a 12 seater Ford Transit. I never drove a van or SUV in my life. So I had doubts about capacity, driving comfortness and luggage capacity etc., I came in a week earlier to checkout the vehicle. The staff was very friendly and showed us the vehicle. He even gave an offer for Insurance coverage. I had all my doubts cleared. About the vehicle: Ford Transit is such a sweet ride. Believe me, I didn't feel like I'm driving a van. It was more like a sedan with an elevated seat. Huge space and comfortable driving for driver. 3 families with 3 kids and loads of luggage can fit right in.

Mo was very helpful and appreciative of my business. I normally do not take the added insurance waiver, but doing so this time, I was provided an upgrade which was worth the additional fee. One slight problem with car - but it did not affect my 3,000 mile trip - mostly it was a concern for me that something MIGHT happen, but never did. I also had a slight problem that my I-Pass did not register everywhere when traveling out of state. Not sure if this is characteristic of the car or because my transponder was not permanently mounted. I usually shop around for the best rates, but Avis in Lake Zurich has had best rates for my past three rentals - especially when one week or longer. Don't misunderstand my "four star" rating. This is a great review for me. I will rent from this location again. To me, five stars is "above and beyond" in EVERY measure.
