I had a wonderful experience at the Forest Lake Enterprise!  It was really easy to reserve the car online.  The car was ready when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time and the associate who assisted me was very kind and courteous.  The car was clean, ran very well and we had no issues with our time in it.  Thanks Rent-A-Car!!

They are a rip off!! Horrible customer service. Authorized credit card 5 days before I returned vehicle back to them for hundreds more then they were suppose to. Never use them!!!

Not the size car that I was supposed to get. The car I got has a filthy windshield and rides like a go cart.

They were really great. I showed up early and the car that had come in for me had a cracked window so they worked their magic and had a car brought in for me from another location that was close. Great people and there was hardly no wait. I would definitely use them again.
