Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Our agent, whose name I have regrettably forgotten, was quite friendly. She also had excellent facility with the rental software so there were no long pauses while trying to figure something out or looking things up etc that I have seen in the past with other rental places. I was ok with the single option that my insurance company was springing for, but she upgraded us so that was really nice.

As a person that has been in the Customer Service sector for over 15 years, I wanted to review this staff as I think it is important to do so when deserved. I have to say, when looking at the Cameron location online, I was a bit nervous. The reviews are not great. But, coming from Hayward and needing to get down to Madison, I had a lack of options. And so I booked a car. From the time that I reserved it (3 weeks in advance), to the time I dropped it off, I dealt primarily with 3 people (reservations, pick-up, drop-off) and all three of them were lovely. Kind, helpful, personable, and patient...though I was a first time renter with lots of questions. They even brought some humor into the process, which I appreciated! They made what was an intimidating process for me, fast, easy, and painless. I will absolutely use this service again. Also, as an FYI - I do not know any of these people personally, nor do I have any ties to Enterprise. Just wanted to place an honest review as to the service I was provided.

Great people to deal with. I've rented a number of cars from this location and have never had any negative experiences. Great staff, great cars at good prices.

Good thing my sister was with us, we don't carry credit cards only debit/credit card, can't use them in Wisconsin and nobody told us, that is a shame. I have only used enterprise but will now look into someone else from now on.

I consistently rent cars from this location for business. The people are great and I've had no problems with picking up during regular hours at my scheduled times. Whenever there has been a problem its because I miss my scheduled pick-up time and they are out on a run. Although an Enterprise location they only have one staff person assigned to this location which means I occasionally have to wait for them to finish with another client or return from a pick-up/drop-off.
