Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We have used Enterprise for many years because they have local offices and their rates are very good. We have been travelling to nearby Wisconsin on weekends very often the last couple of years and have older cars. We really like the weekend rates that Enterprise offers. Their cars are in great shape and we enjoy the convenience of having their office very close to our house. We have been using the new office that just opened on Virginia Ave. The cost, convenience and service will keep us coming back. We highly recommend Enterprise.

I had a good experience. The car was great and Mike explained the key factors in understanding how things work. The only negative is in the billing process. I turned the car in the evening of March 19th, but the billing did not hit my credit card account until March 30, which makes managing my card account challenging. Also, I have a pending charge of $177 on my account even though I was also charged for the full amount of the rental. I assume the $177 will drop off my account.

I rent a car for a week for a work trip for $259.00. Colin tells me I need their insurance for an additional 35.00. I said ok that's not bad but he didn't say each day. So I get my credit card statement and it's 533.00. Um I had my own insurance and after speaking to 2 other locations they are not suppose to push for the additional insurance. Both people I spoke to also told me they work on commission so that's why. Very shady practice. Not to mention I bring it back a day early with 1/4 tank of gas MORE than I got it with but they won't credit my account for that. I will never rent a car from that company ever again. Our company will know what they did as well and hopefully stop using them. I also contacted consumer reports that has over 1100 complaints for this company. Buyer beware

Went in ready with my CC and it was declined because they charge $50 over what the rental is. I didnt have any bills in my name so using my debit card was out of the question. I called my FIL and he helped with a CC. I was nervous about the extra cost of having a secondary driver and added insurance but Kathy asked one little question that changed all that. She asked if we had a Costco card. We did! It saved us over $100!! I was so relieved and kept thanking her for her help. Our total ended up being only $30 more than the original cost. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. They try to get you the best deal on your rental and work with you in amy situation! I would personally ask for Kathy again and use this location!!!!
