They put 19$ advertising end up minimum payment of 75$, the receptionist didn't explain properly about insurance and didn't offer alternatives. Even though i have a master card and personal insurance and they make pay insurance, disappointed

Clean new cars. Was picked up at fix auto. And dropped off on the return. Gaz station right next door. So fill up yourself and save. All good.

I had been super happy with my experience with Discount until I realized my 350$ deposit wasn't reimbursed on my card and rental fee was charged on top off that instead of being taken from the deposit as I had been told it would be (because I returned the van overnight). Called this morning, staff was occupied and said he would call me back but didn't. Since then I've been trying to get through but I haven't been successful. A very annoying hassle.
