Edible Arrangements

I placed an order for a fruit arrangement and a balloon bundle for delivery. The fruit arrangement was delivered and by chance, I asked the recipient if they received balloons with the fruit but they did not. I contacted the store and they indicated that they missed the balloon part of the order but would send the balloons at a later date. After informing them of my disappointment as I had intended for both items to be delivered at the same time, I was told that they would send additional fruit items to accompany the balloon delivery. Unfortunately, the balloons were delivered but not the additional fruit items that had been promised due to the stores mix-up. I am thoroughly disappointed in the customer service that I received and was not offered any sort of refund. Given the price of their items, I expected more. For delivery orders, I highly recommend ensuring that all products that you paid for were delivered.

Thank you to everyone at Streetsville Edible Arrangements for making our Corporate Christmas gifts enjoyed by many! I highly recommend this store for all Personal/Corporate needs. Not only did they deliver to my client in Brampton but also assisted me to deliver an arrangement in Quebec!
