Very rude Canada Post staff. I went in to pick up packages. The lady complained and was upset that I did not bring a delivery notice. I told her I did not receive one and only knew about it because of online tracking. She then asks me why I did not get a notice... Lady, how am I supposed to know why your company did not put a notice on my door? Ridiculous

Canada post staff absolutely no help at all. I walked in while he was standing around waiting for someone to be done filling out their forms for a package. I told him I didn't have my delivery slip but I had my ID. He said "ok just wait until he pays"- gesturing to the gentleman that hadn't started his shipping label. I waited for over 10 minutes then when it was my turn he rudely said "where's the slip? I can't do it without the slip!" Um... excuse me but I told u I didn't have it and you told me ok wait. So I got turned away. What if I lost the slip? Why wouldn't ID be enough?

Mostly I get my packets here. Staff at Canada post desk is very humble and interpersonal. Timings are good too.

Friendly staff, always has my smokes. Good selection of flowers and snacks. Perfect corner store.

Horrible service and even worse when it comes to shipping, asked the owner for some tape after buying $30 worth of shipping boxes and was told at first that he would tape it. When I asked again since he forgot to tape the lis closed he told me I needed to buy a whole $6.00 roll of tape. Basically he held my shipment hostage as the items would have been damaged if the box I bought was not properly secured. Will never ship from here again and I would warn others to use your own boxes and not buy the ones they sell in the store since he will try to force you to buy a whole roll of tape to secure your shipment
