Love, love, love these cupcakes!! They're absolutely delicious and the best part; they're tree nut free!!!! My boy is a happy guy, when he too can enjoy a yummy family treat! As well, the service is always friendly ❤️

I ordered my daughter’s first birthday cake from Swirls Cupcakes. Michelle and Miranda worked so hard on the cake and I can’t thank them enough for the most AMAZING cake they made for my daughter’s party!! Their attention to detail was incredible and every single guest was in awe of the cake! The event was a success and the cake was definitely one of the highlights! I must add that I also ordered the cake smash cake from them, which was simple but again so very beautiful. Thank you so much again!!! :)

Do not order from this company. The customer service is horrible. I went it to order a cake and cipccupc for my baby shower and was very disappointed with the conversation I had with the baker. She was short with me, did not seem interested in attaining my business and was simply not helpful. I brought in designs and ideas she barely looked at them. I asked about a cake topper. She said go online to esty. I have never used this service and asked if they could supply it. She said she would charge me labour for having to order it online themselves. I would understand me paying for shipping, but labour? I attempted to give them another shot before I stormed out. I asked to taste the flavor choices, like most other bakeries offer. She told me I had to purchase their cupcakes which are $3 each. I was done. I went to my second choice bakery and was met with such a warm greeting and the baker came out with a iPad to look over designs with me. Oh and we tasted everything free of charge. I placed my $500 order on the spot. If you want aa qualit customer experience and great tasting cakes head to Irene Celebrity Cakes. Swirls is trash. And the location is sketchy. Never going there again.

Where to start!! Thank you so much, Swirls, for by far the best birthday cake I've ever tasted! Firstly, I should mention that I ordered the cake literally 1 day before I needed it and the staff at Swirls were so nice and accomodating, they agreed to take my order on such short notice without batting an eye. The cake itself (Death by Chocolate Cake) was gorgeous and tasted spectacular. The buttercream was so soft and delicious, and the cake was very spongy and moist. I will most definitely be ordering from you again, and I can't thank you enough! Your cake was the hit of the party!

We ordered two cakes and a dozen cupcakes and have nothing but positive things to say. The cake designs and colours exceeded our expectations and they received many compliments from guests. The taste was great and the staff was more then willing to assist us in just what we needed. We are truly happy on what we receive and We will be returning !
