Have been going there for years lol. I love dealing with Rejeanne?. This lady Has a great sense of humour very patient. I'll be seeing you guys again this week to try the color "Pearl ". Only had one experience going there in all the years it wasn't bad, but, it wasn't good either. Thankfully it was resolved before I left. It left a sour taste in my mouth but, hey everyone has an off day lol!!
In addition to a large assortment of products, very pleasant sellers, I want to come again and again to this store
Came in today for some help with going blonde and the service was incredibly helpful. Michelle gave advice on exactly what colours and treatments to use and I am so happy with the results. Great quality service and lots of products to choose from. Highly recommend!

I have never had such a pleasant experience at a beauty store as I did today at this store. Today I called asking if they carried a certain brand of hair colour and they did have it and asked what colour I might be looking for to make sure they would have it. When I got there the gentleman I believe the owner helped me find what I needed, answered questions and was just so amazing. I will be shopping here frequently in the future. Just amazing service. Even sent me home with sample for my boyfriend.
Went there during family day weekend and spoke with owner on phone before going. Needed help with coloring as the one I got was not blonde at all. The owner was so helpful went through colors with me and made sure I was happy. I tried it and loved the color so much. Now looking for toner so will be back. This will be my go to place now as the service and prices were amazing. I appreciate your help
Very nice place. I couldn't help but notice that, even though I was looking for a particular brand she didn't carry. The ownerwhom I believe I met there calmly listened to me and offered me another good brand, but I wanted something else. I'd visit again when I am looking for a good product.
The lovely owner who works here shod recive 10 stars for her courtesy and class, finally i have found a beauty supply that actually cares about the customer and wants to be sure they receive the right knowledge about the product before they buy. Not your average wall in and walk out! The cleanliness of the store is appreciated as well as other replaced I've been there is disturbing and hair everywhere. I was able to being in my six year old son and the kind woman chatted him up while i looked around and kept him busy so I have could have a moment to take a look at some new products as well!!! Customer for life!
The place is wonderful my wife gets all her stuff here. The owner is fantastic. During this difficult time she goes above and beyond to try to keep her clients happy. She's adjusted her hours to make it most convenient for patrons. Thanks
After having a terrible experience at the BSO on hurontario, Michelle from the np above and beyond to help me and she solved a problem which was never her problem in the first place. She gave my mom excellent advice about dying her hair. Thank you Michelle for being so kind :
