Active Green + Ross operate Southern Ontario's premier chain of Complete Tire & Auto Centres from London to Ottawa and from Barrie to The Greater Toronto Area, with over 65 locations in Ontario to serve you. We offer our customers a complete line and selection of passenger and light truck tires from the worlds premier tire manufacturers, such as Michelin, BFGoodrich, Uniroyal and Yokohama to name a few! All Active Green + Ross locations offer complete general automotive service and repairs to most car and light truck models. Special emphasis is placed on Preventative Maintenance repairs such as brakes, suspension and front end repairs, wheel alignment, tire balancing and lube & oil changes. Most locations are also Drive Clean Emission Test and Repair facilities for the province of Ontario Emission Program.

This place is a rip off guys, i don't trust them . Sergio charged 357 plus tax just material cost to replace Oxygen sensor. I went to another person and he charged 250 dollars, parts plus labour including taxes. Believe me. These guys know you are in critical situation and charge crazy prices. Sergio took 133.34 including tax for drive clean diagnosis. This is just Crazy. He was about to charge 500$ approx (357 + labour ) for replacing the O2 sensor circuit. I just took my car to another mechanic just paying the 133.34 for drive clean diagnosis Stay away from these people . Goto Mr. Reliable Auto mechanic at Dixie road guys. These people work hard and are very reliable (just like the shop name)..

Have been coming to this location to have my cars serviced for several years. Sergio and Tony always gives their honest advice and tells you to do only the things that need to be done. I had been to other shops including dealerships before but I have received the best service out of this shop. The wait time is understandable. If you see a lot of cars on the lot, it is more likely you would have to wait longer. Prices are reasonable and if you purchase your winter tire here you get free tire swaps every season.

I am SO grateful to Sergio & his team for taking great care of my aging car on many occasions ☆ He likes to go above & beyond...he truly cares! Thank you again my friend for the speedy service & catching the squirrel nest in my engine...yikes!

Tony showed me the correct oil to use for my vehicle as I had been using a different kind. Both Tony and Sergio are easy to deal with and prices are reasonable.

I took my Car for alignment before start of winter, they asked me to leave my car and come back . After 2 hours they told me they are not able to do the alignment as the tires are worn out. Today I went back with a new set of tires and after about 3 hours they told me they can’t align as for the size of car , it is too much work for them and take it to the dealership. My take is , if it is a standard car and they can easily do it, they will and else they will make excuses. What a waste of time . On top of that just to flip a set of tires from one set of rims to another and then mount them on the car , they charged me 218 dollars. What a rip off. I am never going back again
