If I could put zero I would. They are quick to sell you a phone and warranty. Xavier told me a case was included for my phone.After spending 1100$. They did not have any in stock that day. Told me to come back in a week to get a case. I come to the store and he tells me I have to pay. This is not how you do business. Horrible. Never go here unless you want to be misled.

Client service worst of the worst. Check all the reviews before going there. if everyone's saying the same thing that means they are theifs. They don't know what are they doing. I should have checked the reviews before going there & now i had to pay $100 extra for no reason.

These people should be in prison. It's disgusting to thing someone's integrity and honor can be so cheap.

Outright theft. They purposely used deceptive language to add things I didn't want then claim they misspoke when I realized what they did, as if I'd believe they somehow can't communicate. Completely messed up the billing and of course, since it's Bell, getting things fixed took hours of arguing. Criminal.
