I bought a Samsung washing machine from here Best Buy in 2024. Before even reaching one year of use, it started making excessive noise. I contacted Samsung customer service twice and provided video evidence, but they responded by saying the noise was “normal.”nI’ll let you decide whether this sounds normal or not.
Have been coming here for years. Big variety and great prices like all Best Buys. Purchased a new microwave and Jason K was amazing. He was so sweet and helpful. He carried it for me & even brought it outside to my car in the cold without any complaints. Now that’s what I call customer service! Thank you Jason!
I bought a laptop. Turned out great. Purchasing it from the store was a horrible experience. No one came to help us for a long while. I found a sales rep who said I can’t help the moment I saw him. I told him I already made up my mind and then he was eager to help since he saw I wasn’t going to waste his time, I already know what I’m getting.nnHe sends me to the GeekSquad to pickup the computer. Waited there for like 40 minutes before they tell me that the computer was already at checkout. When I’m going to pay, a sales rep asks me if they want it to set it up for me. I’m like yeah sure, and then he proceeds to escort me elsewhere so he can open the computer. In my mind, I thought he was doing this for free because all you literally do is open and set it up which takes maximum 30 minutes. He was going to charge me 150$ to do it, without telling me. I saw the price on there wall. I had to confront him about the price. I found that so predatory like offering me the easiest service on earth and then discreetly saying it will cost 150$. Ran out of there the quickest to checkout to just pay my computer and leave.nnDon’t interact with the employees if you’re buying something if you’re shopping here. Lookout for scams.
we came in 10 min before closing, service was quick. employers were super nice! they offered to help us put our TV in the car. and they even found my phone that i had left on the counter and brought it back to my car! All in all, rlly nice folks!
I had a great experience at Best Buy! I purchased an iPad and a PlayStation, and Mahdi helped us throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Excellent customer service thank you, Mahdi!
