First I would give it negative stars, if you don’t buy their ripoff extended warranty then no one wants to help you despite already having spoken with their customer service on the phone, second off the female employee in the appliance department doesn’t even know what brands Best Buy carry in her department, she was so sure that they don’t carry the range that I purchased from there, even giving me attitude when I showed her my invoice. The employees are uneducated arrogant children that shouldn’t be in any situation where they come into contact with customers, the biggest problem is that they all lack the semblance of any common sense. I don’t know how this company is able to remain in business as it’s a terrible place to shop. The things they sell break and then they don’t want to stand behind the products they sell. Save yourself the trouble and shop anywhere else.
Went laptop shopping for school and found many choices in all price ranges. Staff aren’t that knowledgeable compared to the branch is Rosemere. Prices are better than other stores and customer service is great and helpful
I went to this Best Buy store today to buy a software for my computer. I asked one of the staff where I can find what I was looking for which he responded right away and directed me to the right section. Once at right spot I needed someone to help me with my purchase and asked one of the staff to help me, he tried but was not knowledgeable of the product and went to get someone else. In about few minutes another employee came voluntarily to help but again he had no knowledge of product. The initial employee who went to find someone knowledgeable of product never came! Store seemed to be packed with bunch of teenagers who don’t know anything except be presented at store and collect their salary. There is absolutely zero customer service at this store.
Low customer service by Caren as a manger. We saw the item at night and price changed next day when we visted the laval store. She refused to give us the promotion and i know best buy always do price guranty for 30 days
I was in the store March 13 at approximately 2pm looking at laptops to buy. After looking at laptops for 10 minutes not one sales representative approached me.They would look at me occasionally and talk amongst each other. All individuals are described as Middle Eastern.
