Not quality by any means. No attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and preparing the rooms. Beds, sheets, and pillows are cheap. Breakfast was good. The 24 hour whirlpool is nice. I'd definitely pay a few extra to stay at a nicer facility.

Newly remodeled. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good. Hot tub was very nice and clean. Overall a great place to stay for the money!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

My wife, daughter, and 2 grand daughters are staying there. Just called tonight. Their room was full of bugs. Went to the front desk and the staff told them there was nothing they could do. My daughter got upset and when other people gathered they were given another room, but were told they could not stay in that room for their next night they had reserved. I don't know what they will do. What a dump it must be.

Did a good job getting us in last minute, but we were put in another room because they double booked it. We were with friends and decided to stay another night, but was charged more for the second night even though the place was empty (the second night). The guy behind the counter was nice.

Really nice hotel for the money. This hotel as of Sept. 2017 has been recently updated and renovated, and is really nice. I stayed overnight here Sept.2, paid $65 and was very impressed. That low room rate was over a holiday weekend too, so the rate is probably usually even less. My room had everything you could want - king sized bed, big flat-screen TV, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron&ironing board even. This is a nicer hotel where the rooms all have inside doors that open to an inside corridor, so it's not like an old Motel 6 with all the doors that open to the outside. Everything was very, very clean. The bathroom was perfect, no mold/mildew anywhere, perfectly clean grout on the tile, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The towels were nice and fluffy and soft. The sheets and all of the other bed linens were crisp & clean, and the mattress was really comfortable. The bed also had 5 or 6 big soft nice pillows, which I just love. Like I said, the room was great, no weird smells or stains, nice new carpet too. I will say that the A/C unit is mounted up pretty high. So, if you're shorter than me (I'm 6'-1") you might have some trouble adjusting the temperature of the A/C without standing on a chair or something. I'm sure the front desk would come help if you called them though, because the 3 workers I dealt with at the hotel were all really nice. Both checking in and out was a breeze, the clerks were very efficient. Another really nice thing about this place was the free breakfast. They had pancakes, waffles, breads, bagels, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs - all kinds of stuff along with juices, coffee, tea, & milk. They also lay out free local newspapers on every table in the breakfast area, that was pretty nice. The breakfast attendant was super nice too. She did a great job of keeping the food filled up and warm and making sure that everything was clean and that people had whatever they might need. I'm really happy that I chose to stay here over the holiday weekend. I was taking a solo motorcycle trip from St. Charles, IL up there to La Crosse, and this was just a great place to stop for the night and get a good night sleep. No one should have any qualms or misgivings about staying here. It's super clean, quiet and just on the edge of town. It's close enough to be really convenient to things, but not so close that there's lots of traffic and noise. I know where I'll be staying next time I ride up to La Crosse!
