My husband & I just spent three nights at this Baymont Inn and were very pleased. Jeffrey (Mgr) and Kelley (desk clerk) were very accommodating & friendly. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great, the refrig & microwave very new and nice, and the Breakfast bar, waffles, egg omlets & sausage were excellent. Nice sink area, The carpet appeared to be very new, new paint every where. The pool & hot tub were totally enjoyable. We would stay here again.

Arrived at 2:45 to ck in. Front desk extremely pleasant and inviting. Entered our room. Not pleasant. Outdated, and did not have a queen bed and king bed as I reserved in July. Jacuzzi and walk in shower. Shower filthy. Wwnt to front desk to ask if they had a room that I reserved and she stated No that's all we have. I told her we are not happy, at least we have a Jacuzzi. She stated, oh the jacuzzi doesn't work in that room. The owner disabled it. My 84 year old mother was looking forward to a bath. The vents are missing and switches are broke. Vents tore out. I told the front desk, I get it, you Just work here. The room smelled, was filthy, not up to code, and extremely noisy. I want compensation and resolve.

This hotel was one of the worst I've ever stayed in. I've traveled across the Midwest area and have never had a problem with Wyndham Hotels except this one.
The room was clean however there was some type of red stain on the window drapes. It looked like blood but only an assumption. Woke up to take a shower and there the water was barely luke warm! Called the front desk and they didn't have any maintenance on site to fix the issue. No discount was ever offered.
The breakfast is free but subpar, at best. Waffle and Pancake maker along with some pastries and fruit.
The pool is open 24/7 is the only upside, until you actually see the pool area. Mold growing around hot tub, water fountain in pool area hasn't been cleaned for quite some time. Took the kids swimming on our checkout day and was almost forced to leave since we didn't have a room booked for the remainder of the day. The front desk let us stay for a couple hours as a "late checkout."
The hotel was recently remodeled/painted. It was done very poorly. Carpet falling off the steps in areas, paint splattered all over doorways.
I would never recommend someone to stay here unless they really, really want to swim after 10 pm. Would never waste my money here again.

Clean and big rooms. Receptionist are gentle. We arrived really late in the middle of the night and they said we can check out late the other day so we can have a better rest.
