Excellent Customer service and professionalism from leasing office. Autumn helped me find my apartment in the building. I have been pleased with the experience and my new home. Autumn was very welcoming and informative, and helped very much with the process. The building is quiet, and the units have been well renovated. otherwise, great location close to many shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend this building.

Though I was unable to reside at one of two prospective Ottawa apartments due to personal circumstances, Autumn Mclellan was extremely professional, honest, and helpful with two apartment showings I attended – 180 Beausoleil Drive and 197 Cumberland Street – this past summer 2022. She answered all of the questions and concerns I had and helped me make an informed choice. I highly recommend Autumn as your liaison and tour guide!

My husband and I have been leaving at 860 Blackthorne since the beginning of October/2021 and it has been wonderful! From the very beginning when we started our apartment search, the people in the CLV group were very helpful, supportive and informed us with everything we needed. Samantha - the Community Rental Agent was the person who showed us the apartment and helped us with all our questions and concerns about renting. She was with us the whole time and was very kind and helpful Thank you Samantha!. Our move was easy and fast, everything went smoothly. We are spending our first month in the building and we can't complain, all the facilities are good and in a good condition. Nice place to live, I totally recommend it :

Stephanie was very professional, communicative, and helpful before, during, and after the tour. She was able to answer all of my questions and called me before the tour to confirm and was very responsive and patient afterwards. Ultimately I didn’t go through with an application due to my lack of experience with the particular location and certain amenities I felt were missing from the units, but overall the viewing was a very positive experience and I know if I had proceeded, I would have continued to have a great customer service experience.

Blackthorne is a great place to live. Forest, park, stores, bus are all at walking distance from the residence.The neighbourhood is friendly and calm. The building management is great. The building and amenities are always clean and functional. The team is also very reactive when it comes to fix or replace appliances. I recommend this place.

Great service and excellent professionalism, we are extremely please with our new home! I worked with Daphne and she was extremely welcoming and informative, and great at getting the process rolling, we were moved into our new home within a week and a half of viewing the apartments with her help. She has also been quick to respond to any emails and is easy to talk to when she's in the office! We have been here a month, and the entire building staff are very friendly and on top of any requests or inquiries we have, and are always around to help. The building is well maintained, quiet and clean, and the units themselves are beautiful with many new features. We are also located close to many shops and restaurants which is very convenient. I definitely recommend this building for anyone looking.

It has now been 9 months since I moved at this property and I have absolutely no regrets. The premises are well maintained inside as well as outside. Beautiful flowers and plants outside and a nice groomed lawn. Cudos to Mike, Shawn and Xian ; for always a having a beautiful smile on their faces. Thank you for taking good care of us! My first time living in an apartment setting environment and I must admit that I have visited many other locations before applying for this place specifically. One of the main reasons for me to really want to live here was because of the courtesy, follow-up emails, and returned calls that I didn't receive at any other locations I visited! Therefore, I would recommend family and friends to come and live here! Cheers to happy new life and a place I call call home! <3
