Dunn Brothers Coffee

I’ve always had great service at this Dunn. Fast, tasty and pleasant. I’ve had coffee here maybe 25 times.

Contrary to what those other guys are saying, I had a great customer service experience today. Purchased a brownie & frappachino from an Asian lady & it was fine. Celebrating a raise & promotion at work to engineer with some goodies

Great service, friendly and quick! Only challenge was finding it inside the regional center.

Worst experience ever! Last summer this grouchy guy behind the counter caused me to vow to never go here again. I asked for a cup of water, and instead of saying something decent like "we'll have to charge you for the cup," he ranted about how he won't give handouts and rudely told me to go drink from the water fountain. This guy is clearly the worst and I hope that in the time between my experience and when I am now writing this, he has been fired. Jeez.

The review before me... Andy k... Is so right. I come here literally all of the time. The worker is usually pleasant but something serious is happening in personal or work life. The middle aged man is not the owner. I asked how he was doing and in a joking manner I said "Oh gosh don't ask about it?" like he was having a rough day. I got an explanation of how the owner left him with no supplies and how the owner asked to get his groceries and how he was very frustrated. He used profanity and was obviously very upset. He mentioned how the owner fired everyone and is now complaining about hiring new people.... I think this guy is having a rough time. There was a lady behind me and he immediately changed his attitude but it was very uncomfortable. I hope things change because something was very very off today.
