Service was good, but my steak took an awfully long time for medium rare. So as I expected it was VERY well done. I mean like bounce off the floor well done. Definitely not medium rare. Seasoning was ok and I was hungry so I ate it but I will have reservations getting the steak next time

The place had really tasty food, but a little more spendy than we anticipated (13 bucks for a pizza). However, the service was really good. They messed up our order and ended up comping some food for our kids without us even asking for it.

Cool place. A little confusing on ordering...service was good and food too. Kinda on the pricier side but okay.

This was the first time my fiancé and I had been here. We were unsure where or how to order. I looked at their online menu and we decided to do the box lunch. I tried asking the young man (black glasses, shorter hair) to explain what comes in the box lunch to my fiancé. He seemed very annoyed that I asked that question. I tried to order he was so rude and asked if we were eating here. I said yes. He then proceeded to say “We normally don’t do box lunches if you’re eating in!” Well my bad young man, I expressed we had never been here. He then asked another employee (women) to help us. She was much happier and gave us the bill. She also explained that my fiancé had to wait for his sandwich as it was made fresh and a hot sandwich. We were left feeling completely stupid and as if we shouldn’t have come in. Food was good enough, but was completely overshadowed because of the customer service.
