Not sure where to begin but when I arrived today around 10am, there were a few patients ahead of me. Saw the triage nurse, moved onto registration, short wait for an xray and shortly after, the wonderful Dr. explained the results and next course of action, all within 2 hours while adjusting to a new computer system everyone there had to get used to!!!! Was on the road by 12 noon. Amazing and a big thank you to everyone who took care of me with a smile on their face. Being fairly new to the area, I am so impressed and felt compelled to share my experience. Keep up the good work. What you do and how you do it makes a difference!!!

Initially upon entering the Fort Erie urgent care at 10:50 am, I was encouraged by the fact there were only 5 people ahead of me in triage. It only took 50 minutes to get through triage and get registered before I went to the waiting room. Another 25 minutes passed and I was admitted to an examination room at 12.27 and this is where the real wait started. After 60 minutes waiting in the examination room and not hearing anybody except a nurse giving some patient water, I took a stroll down the corridor and glanced at the examination rooms. More than half the examination rooms were full and all of the 5 patients before me were still waiting to see the doctor. I went down to the nurses station to inform them I could wait no longer but there was nobody to tell. The station at that time was not staffed. Upon leaving at 1:50 , I noticed all triage seats taken , all waiting room chairs taken and with some people standing. I can't blame the staff because obviously there were far too few to handle the patients. It's a real tragedy that Ontario should have such a terrible health system. The fact that I had to wait 6 months for an ultrasound and another 8 months for an MRI is another indication. I would rather be hit by a bus than die waiting for treatment in our hospital system

Absolutely useless went in there with a broken hand and got sat in the waiting room I was there for an hour and the line did not move. I left with no help and my hand is still broken minus 1.5 hours out of my life

Currently at this facility. Every time I come here, no body is doing anything except playing on their cell phones. The wait times for the small number of people is absolutely ridiculous. The staff who are in charge of things getting done should be replaced.

Horrible experience, went to emergency with husband who has previously had a heart attack. He was having vision problems n chest pain. They told him to sit and wait. They need to treat people according to emergency! We left . Cardiologist told us to go to welland or st Catherine
