InspireHealth Niagara is an advanced Integrative Naturopathic Medical Clinic that works in conjunction with conventional Medical Doctors and their treatments and diagnostic assessments. This Integrative approach allows for the bridging between the Conventional and Alternative Medical worlds and results in the best possible health care for each individual patient. We ultimately want to INSPIRE each and every patient to take control of their health and be able to live life to the fullest.

Elisha is a wonder woman! really. Attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even, know was possible! I came in for a 90 min session with neck muscle spasms and back issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. My massage was amazing. Great pressure, and great technique. I wish I could come every week. Thank you so much for being so hardworking and friendly. You helped me to feel better! Your current and future clients! I would recommend Elisha to all my friends and family.
I highly recommend coming here! Even if you are a bit sceptical, ever since talking to Dr.Groves it has changed my life! I have struggled with a lot of issues and he has always listened to me and made me feel comfortable. Along with treatment plans that actually work and that I see working! The front desk staff are amazing and always friendly. If you want to feel comfortable,heard and have treatment that works! This is the place for you!
Dr. Groves and his staff are absolutely amazing. Dr. Groves is very easy to talk to and genuinely cares about you and making you better naturally. He has helped us many issues including Lyme disease, chronic stress, gallstones and arthritis. Jessica at the front desk is always there to greet you with a smile and is very helpful. Jessica Elia is an amazing chiropractor that has helped us both with back issues. Elisha is by far the best massage therapist ever we feel so much relief after seeing her! Peyton says “Dr. Groves is very good and I recommend you go to him and he helps with a lot of things like vitamins and stress etc. He’s a good listener.” Thank you!!
I have been going to Inspire Health since August 2020 and could not recommend this clinic more! All of the staff are extremely compassionate and professional. My chiropractic treatments with Dr. John Mignelli have helped to resolve my back, neck and jaw issues. He always has great exercise and nutrition recommendations as well. I have also had great experiences seeing Amanda Riley for psychotherapy and Dr. Kenneth Groves.
Excellent care. Dr. John Mignelli was very helpful in taking care of my back issue. He taught me how to take care of myself and strengthen areas of my back. I was very impressed with the overall booking, organization, friendliness of the staff. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Recommend!
A good overall experience here! Fantastic massage therapy by Ashtyn and an excellent assessment by Dr. John Mignelli. He truly knows his stuff. I'm looking forward to the improvements I am already experiencing. They have made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience. I'm definitely in good hands here. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough about Dr. Groves & his staff. It is uplifting to go in for a consult or treatment They have a wonderful way of making you feel welcome & cared about. Imagine my surprise when Dr. Groves delivered my supplements himself. It made my day seeing his smiling face, especially during these challenging times. Refreshing.
October 2020 Great visit. Made me feel comfortable and was very respectful. I left feeling confident that there was a game plan to help my discomfort. Fiona's massages are by far the best I have ever had! She really listens to what you need/want and she uses unique techniques that gave amazing results. I love this place, it has such a welcoming clean atmosphere.
