Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location usually has good service but I was just hung up on by one of their staff when I told them I will think about a reservation and call them back. It sounded like the man smashed the phone down. I am shocked at the unprofessionalism. My company rents from them all the time too. This kind of service is unacceptable and the person should be talked to by their manager.

very helpful staff. i booked my car in the evening..however beacuse of the no availability they asked us ti come next day in the morning..they somehow managed a car for us...it was clean and tidy car. they do have a car parking which is 24 hour open.

Always rent from this Enterprise. The cars always seem good and relatively new, and the staff are professional and remember my name when I come back. Great location!

I had booked a car for the long weekend. When I showed up to pick-up the car, I was told that my reservation had been given away and was even told that it was their policy to hold reservations for two hours despite the fact that I was within the 2hr period. To make matters worse, I had called the previous day to confirm my reservation. Since it was a long weekend there were no other available cars at the agency or ANY agency in the city, and so had to cancel my camping trip costing me $96 for campsite reservation and a loss of my plans for the weekend. I have rented with Enterprise at this location numerous times and never had problems before, so it is disappointing that I have to take my business elsewhere now. UPDATE 2 months later: Contacted the email address left by Michael from the business response. My email was then forwarded to a general manager. After a couple follow-up emails from me, I have received no contact back from the general manager. Potential customers, be wary of the company responses to reviewers -- they count for nothing!
