Mickey was awesome. Called me several days before the rental date to confirm. Exact vehicle was there on the day of pick up. Mickey very friendly. She was very thorough with the contract, process and inspection. Only wanted van for a 1/2day -3/4 day rental deal. Looks to be a smaller set up, 1person operation, was totally good with that

Called me the day before I was supposed to move that they did not have a truck for me which I reserved weeks in advance. All they offered was a van to move our entire home with no sort of discount, terrible service.

I needed to rent a car for a last minute trip to Edmonton, i got a car from this location where Julia was great, very thorough and very good with her customer service, i would highly recommend this location for renting a car.

Review is based purely that I am my assistant hammer called them for an hour, after my insurance adjuster told me they would call me in 5 minutes with details on my rental. 

Poor service with answering of phones
