Really good service! The staff is really friendly and they offered us a bigger teuck eventhough we rented a smaller one! 10/10 service

TLDR: your reservation with these people is likely invalid and they don't care. Your vacation is ruined if you are relying on them.  WARNING: you may have a valid confirmation from Thrifty for a car from them but the car will NOT BE THERE when you get here. These people are not competent and they do not update their system with Thrifty. Thrifty is also a terrible company for not being aware of this and is partially responsible here.  Story: I rented a car three months in advance from them. I got an email about my upcoming reservation three days before. I then called the night before traveling to Calgary from Toronto to confirm which car I was getting and their employee confirmed to me there was no car. They have rented their whole fleet to TD insurance or something. It put me in a terrible situation because every other car rental company is sold out. They offered no resolution.  Their poor business management is actually dangerous as families arrive and then have no way to get to their hotel or continue their trip. Think crying children.

I haven’t rented from Hertz in decades, but had the opportunity to do so recently and really was happy with Omer Shahid and the car he rented me.  Very nice experience, will rent there again!

I have had great experience with other Thrifty rent a car l but this is bad bad Thrifty location. I rent a lot and this is one of the worse experience. I had insurance rental through these guys and was supposed to have the rental until my car is repaired. These guys called and demanded I bring the car back within 1 hour. I was not able to same day but returned next day and he adds late charges for the whole week.

Booked a car on here via Hotwire. I suggest you go next door. So much hidden fees and they do not tell you until you inquire about it.  Was charged two extra days and two days worth of late fees even though I spoke with someone there who said I can come back an extra day. They also will tell you that they will do it this one time only. Rent somewhere that values customer service and has no hidden fees like a place with a green logo

Most often only people who for some reasons did not get serve to their expectation will give negative rating to get back at the business. With the volume I see you serve and the number of people that rated you here means you are doing a good job. Unfortunately, most of the happy customers will not rate you. Keep serving the public. I am one happy customer.

Easy to book car online and picking up the rental was quick and efficient   Guys were polite, fast and answered all questions. Offer drop off at airport which is great for when I fly out.

What a BS location. We showed up on time. Found two other people waiting around desperately and confused. The owner decided to “close early” despite having rentals coming in. We were left stranded with no car and most locations closed. Called thrifty and refused to honor the other rate and ended up paying double to just get a car and head to my destination. What a terrible way to start a vacay, thanks for nothing Thrify Macleod!

Very friendly staff, great to deal with-especially since I booked through a 3rd party website.

Car was available for pick up at 7:30am, let me extend another day without switching cars. Customer service was very nice- excellent service  All those saying there are hidden fees- no there arnt .. you just have to actually read your agreement they are all there. Also, thrifty is inside another rental place, all you have to do it read the sign
