Budget Car & Truck Rental

Rental Location is close to my house. Bola was representative from Budget. Whole rental process went smooth and quickly. I was upgraded from full size to SUV for a small cost. Over all experience was fantastic and I am gonna rent from this location for my future rental. Thanks Bola for great service.

I have rented from this Budget many times. Nitish is great and welcomed me by name during my last rental! I would love to give this Budget one more star, but this would require an improvement in the morning rental pick up process. Keys and contracts should be ready and waiting for those who have 7:00 am pick up appointments. Cars should be washed and made ready the night before. This has been my experience at other car rental companies and it is great appreciated. My afternoon rentals have all been great. I look forward to future rentals at Budget.

Recently used this budget location and had a great experience. Was a cold day and when I showed up they had the car running and warm for me. Bola was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

I have rented several vehicles with this locations and couldn't be happier with their professionalism, courtesy and excellent customer service. Nitish is a great example why someone would stick with a service provider when they have options closer to the office. He has great work ethic and professionalism.

We were promptly picked up at the Woodridge dealership and driven over to the Budget location. Once there, Bola was very professional, knowledgeable and got us on our way without delay. GREAT service!
