Discount Car & Truck Rentals Calgary

Really disappointed. My insurance steered me to Discount as they have a partnership and I needed a rental while my car was in the body shop. I called them one week prior to my appointment to arrange a car. The guy I spoke to told me everything was in order. I called the morning of my appointment only to be told they didn't have anything in their system for me and that they had no cars. I had hopes when they agent said he'd call me back within a few minutes to help me make other arrangements, but an hour passed with no phone call. Finally I called my insurance and told them what happened so they set me up with Enterprise. I should have known to request another rental company when the front desk attendant and the body shop warned me to stay away from Discount.

Had an overall wonderful experience when renting from this location. The reservation was accurate, pricing was clear and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Although it is far from my location of business, I will be renting from this location for all my business and personal needs in the future.

Amazing and efficient service. Required an cargo van in " very short " notice twice and the staff was able to accommodate me both times. Awesome!! Very courteous and friendly upon the pickup and delivery process. I will definitely direct my friends and colleagues to this location.
