Terrible company policies. The service was decent but their company policies are terrible. We wanted to change our rental vehicle from a minivan to a car 4 weeks in advance and their quote for a car is double what other rental companies quoted (although their minivan was cheaper). Their policy does not refund the $50 deposit you give at the time of initial reservation if you change any terms of your reservation (cannot even change the duration). They have to cancel the current reservation and create a new one; there is no modifying. $50 lesson learned. Go with the big rental companies that have free cancellation policies.
