Sorry. This one star goes to your rude employees for ignoring the customers. The store is messy, they just left all the clutches ok the counters without taking them back. And service is bad... I would rather go to Toronto & the tax is cheaper!

Get service from the Chinese girl there, not the blond one. Not only is the blond lady extremely rude with particularly strong discrimination against Chinese customers, but also she is not genuine tries to sell bags that are no longer in good condition. She has tried to sell me a bag which already has scratches and she insisted on saying that it was in perfect condition. The Chinese girl later admitted that she would put that bag away without selling it anymore, while the blond lady wrapped that bag up again and put it back! Jesus! Please be extra careful when you visit this store and don't let the blond one trick you!
