CHANEL Montreal

I received superb customer service from this boutique. I live out of town and the store was kind enough to put two very popular items on hold for me until I could come and get them. On top of that I had a problem using a gift card on one of my items and the store took extra care of me to make sure it worked out. I've been here many times and no one ever made me feel "worthless", I am in my early 20s and usually come into the store dressed quite casually. Can't wait to conitnue shopping here and expanding my Chanel collection!

I upgraded my stars to 3 because I have had slightly better experiences since my first terrible experience. I would not recommend making this Chanel your go-to but it's worth a pop in. Dont expect 5 star service. It doesnt have a great selection of items but you may find a "gem". Don't expect them to offer to show you anything or explain anything. Ask the sales associate to show you trays from behind the big black doors. Hopefully service will improve when they move into the new Holt Renfrew Ogilvy building.

EXTREMELY RUDE!! CALLED to buy brooches for my bridal party and the lady on the other line said she didn't have time for this because she was on her lunch break. I can't even believe that was the service I got when I was planning to spend quite a dollar there. Thats fine, took my business and went to Calgary Chanel. SO BAD!!!!!!

The sales associates that work here are so rude and the selection is awful. I have bought multiple times from this boutique and they still look at me like I'm worthless whenever I go in. I only go because it's the only boutique in Montreal. I have been to other boutiques (Boston, Toronto) and the sales associates are so sweet and attentive and the selection is amazing.

Experience bien ordinaire. On vient acheter non seulement un produit mais tout l'ensemble d'un service qu'on n'a pas trouvé à cette boutique. Je cherche un portefeuille qui convient a mes besoins, le prix n'est pas un problème mais quand l'associé n'est pas interessé à savoir ce que tu cherches et au bout de 5 minutes elle commence a te regarder de travers car tu n'as pas l'air de vouloir acheter ce qu'elle te présente, elle perd intérêt à toi. Nous étions les seuls clients a la boutique à ce moment là et trouvons très dommage que le service n'est pas personalisé, j'aurais pu acheter autre chose au lieu de repartir bredouille. Cette boutique a besoin sérieusement d'une formation service à la clientèle.
