I am so disgusted with the treatment I just received from not 1, but 2 representatives. Shameful behaviour on their part. I happily donate several times a year, but was receiving calls late at night always around, but before 9pm so I wanted to be removed from the call list, as I don't require the call prompts to provide donations. When respectfully articulating this to the representative, she interrupted me, saying, "fine...goodbye." and hung up on me while I was in mid sentence. Just rude....so I called back to state that although this had put a very sour taste in my mouth, I was still willing to continue my donations, if they would remove me from the call list. The second representative let out a dramatic sign before yelling out, "sure" and hanging up. I will never donate to this cause again based on the multitude of negative experiences I have encountered. Not surprisingly, each time I have been called in the past and have not had anything to donate, I am met with a rude response and a quick hang out. Deplorable representation of a good cause. Remember what you're representing when you make those calls. If you care about Diabetes Canada, show it. It's sad to think that they are losing donations because of their poor attitudes. Just shameful

Diabetes Canada left me unsupported when my employer denied me sick leave credits when my chronic diabetes, high blood pressure and cardiovascular conditions were uncontrolled, as per my doctor's certificates. Charlatans, SAD!

They don't answer their phone.

Does not answer their phone nor has an answering service. Poor 0 star rating.
