Great experience! Very professional nurses and doctors. Woke up feeling refreshed. I would recommend posting the daily schedule so that patients could see where they stand in the queue. It’s frustrating to be waiting and someone goes ahead of you that’s just come in if you don’t know that there are 4 doctors with each their own list of patients. Also, bilingual signs would be appreciated. Will not hesitate going there next time.

The Ottawa Gastrointestinal Institute is everything good medical care should be. The facility was clean and not crowded, instructions were very clear, and staff were friendly, kind and professional.Everyone did their jobs well. I was seen on time.nEquipment was state of the art. Highly recommend. Wish all medical facilities were as good.

I am currently in recovery from gallbladder removal, and I am just so grateful to have been under Dr. Zolfaghari’s care. He is kind and compassionate, answered all my questions pre-op and never made me feel like a bother or like he was in a rush. His bedside manner is excellent and I felt reassured. His administrator Cynthia is also very kind, efficient, and professional. Overall this has been an excellent experience and I know that if anything comes up during my recovery they will support me. Very professional and friendly staff.nOnce you arrive the receptionist brings you up very quick and she is so friendly, after taking short rest for filling paperwork the nurse accompanies you to the preparation room, everything goes very smooth and quick. The doctors and nurses explain everything and answer all your questions and concerns. Doctor Grant and hos team are very professional and friendly.nThe clinic is very clean and quiet.nHighly recommended if you’re referred for procedure there.nThanks.

Exceptional patient service! The prep nurse was very engaging as she explained the beginning of my patient care. Dr. Sy was very winsome and immediately likeable. What can I say about my Anesthesiologist, she put me to sleep! : Nurse Thomas was very clear and caring while giving me post care. I found all the staff to be very professional during my colonoscopy! Thank you all of you! However, I do expect upon my next 5 years colonoscopy check that I get a mug! : Be not afraid when receiving care from the staff at the Ottawa Gastrointestinal Institute.
