A decent place for quick Indian snacks. Selected items are great- Veg manchurian, pav bhaji and Onion samosa. Cheese Sandwich was OK, rather dry. Noodles was very soggy. Overall OK. Budget friendly place. Would recommend for selected items.

Authentic gujarati food - family owned restaurant - they provide great portions compared to their competitors! It gives a very homely feeling and the staff is very friendly : Recommendations: Paneer Tandoori Frankie, Masala Chai, Special Thali Pav Bhaji is a lot better than Honest scarborough. Had to take off two stars because of spoiled food in 3 of the last 5 experiences.

1.Tried bhungada bataka not good quality, its like normal bataka bhaji which was tasteless and less salt in it ,they should add lahsun chutney & sweet chutney, without it you can't call it bhungada bataka. 2.vagharelo rotalo Its like they gave kadhi & bhakhari, you can see the picture, i never saw this kind of vagharelo rotlo in my life, it shoud be thick not watery, didn't feel the taste of rotalo. 3. Aloo tikki & Methi bhajiya were good, Methi bhajiya were the best nice & soft, i liked it. 4.khaman - khaman is ok but, 7.99$ for 6 piece of khaman not worth it, better to go panchavati or any other restaurant who gives full box for that price. So i would say they don't have speciality in farsaan better to eat at Sai lika khaman at markham.

You can order anything from here and you won’t be disappointed. I am a big fan of their tadka vadapav… it’s very similar to the vadapav I’m used to having in Ahmedabad. I also loved the Pav Bhaji it reminded me of home. Their maggi options are delicious as well. They understand the spice level of brown people and I love that. The staff is always friendly. I would def recommend this place for your Indian food cravings.

We tried ghughra sandwich and Manchurian...it was very tasty like indian lari...best food ever had before in canada.

I ordered items from each and every category. Here are the reviews from worst 1. Their Mango lassi is not the normal mango lassi. Its like normal sweet lassi with some orange food color and top up with a scoop of mango icecream. I am sure they dont use mango pulp in their mango lassi. Specialy Their mango lassi is not recommended by me. 2. Manchurian in their noodles are too try and oily and broken in parts. Not worth the price you pay for it. 3. Pav bhaji- they wount give you real pav with that. They will give you burger buns instead of pav. Bhaji is good though but more on potatoes side. 4. Roti in their thali is too too thin. Vegetables are good but bhindi is covered with oil when you taje 2-3 bites. 5. Chole bhature- Bhatures are not bhature they serve you poori instead. So they should change its name in menu. Its should be names as "chole poori" 6. Long waiting time for food preparation and no dining experience..Staff is not ready to listen any honest customer review on their face. Bad attitude toways genuie reviews and not ready to accept their mistake on face. The slim guy on counter doesnt not how to speak to customers and what too speak. This place is over rated on google map. Its rating is not genuine I belive. Dont spend tooo much money immediately you enter the restaurant. Order few to try and take your own decisions.

Totally worthless food and I wouldn't go again as the food. And even the drink was not good at all flavour milk with dollop of vanilla ice cream. Dishes weren't cooked very well the dishes were just boiled not sauted .... Just a lot of chilli ... They don't even know how to use spices and naan was ready made served but not worth the money. Must have gotten the rating from fake people

I had really good opinion on Desi Chatka but it changed after knowing they can't make good naan, Please make freshly naan if can't make it then don't sell it, it will bring more bad reviews... I think these are grocery store pre pack NAANs if not sorry they look a like, no one like these please make fresh authentic naans. The key to success for the restaurant is to sell good food.

Was looking for a quick bite and got to this place. It's a nice place for a quick bite. It's a family owned restaurant, I think. We tried the masala chai and it was something really needed for the moment. Kid had Maggie and it was something reminded me of my childhood. Dabeli is great but was spicy for my taste buds : Space is very small but overall it's a good place for a evening snacks or a meal. They have thalis. Staff are helpful.

Nice place. Loved their sandwiches. I tried fast food items. Dabeli, vadapav, burger, sandwich. Really nice. Loved it.
