Mirchi Dhaba

The experience was not at all good. They kept us waiting for like 20-30mins to pack the order. We specifically asked for chicken and they gave mutton instead. We called the restaurant and they refused to accept their mistake saying that they confirmed from kitchen Management. Just to make them believe we even asked that we can Whatsapp the picture of the order. They refused to do that as well. The only resolution they provided was to go back to the restaurant and have the curry switched. The customer service was poor and food doesn't taste very good.

It is a decent Indian restaurant with a amazing customer service. It was my first time ordering from this place and I liked their chicken biryani however, it took them around 20mins to back a biryani which was disappointing and it wasn’t even busy. Other than that it is was good experience.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! I picked up a curry and some naan and guess what? There was an insect looked like a roach in the curry. Since it was really late on that day, the other day I went to speak to the manager. They were unapologetic at first. Asked me if I wanted a fresh curry to be made for me. But I would never trust that place again. Requesting all of you’ll to stay away. Hygiene and cleanliness is not maintained at this place at all. They could’ve compensated me better. The food taste amazing!! Their roti and shahi paneer is best among all other restaurants. But customer service is not that much good. Three stars for food only.

I got very thick thread in the aloo kulcha. Even i waited more than half an hour for my order. He told me to wait just 10-15 minutes but still i m getting this quality of food. Was not expecting this.

I ordered Panni poori, so expansive and less quantity and quality. Items are missing. Never suggest.

Worst staff , worst service and worst food. Yesterday we buy some samosas from this location when we were about to eat it they were smelling so bad same time my friend talked to them and the staff was behaving like no our food is always fresh. Its not the matter of refund or something we just talked to them so that they can check it and figure it out with their staff. Am just writing this review to help those who gonna visit this place in future STOP buying food from here please if you don’t want to effect your health. We used to buy food from this location number of times but sometimes after eating our stomach hurts but we were not able to figure out whats wrong, but now we know. So Guys pls don’t buy food from here. They don’t even deserve one star.

Used to absolutely love the samosas here, and still would rate them the best in the city, IF they ever had any available anymore. For months now, every time we call to ask if they have any samosas, they seem to not have made any that day. Truly disappointed.

I ordered first time today through Doordash ..1 veg thali , 2 samosas and 1 Gulab Jamun. To my surprise, I did not receive samosas and they did not send me the rice in Veg Thali. They put a note on the parcel that they do not have rice and putting extra roti instead. However, when I opened the parcel, the extra roti was missing as well. Additionally, the quantity was too less for the price. Just two or three spoons of sabji with 2 pieces of paneer, and same with the kadhi pakoda with no pakodas in it. I had the worst experience.

Worst food. I have tried foods 2 or 3 times, it was okay not so tasty. However, I ordered a food last day unnecessary Masala and oils are added to food. I even vomited after eating their shahi paneer as it was not fresh and smelled so bad. Better to stay hungry than to order food from here.
