Wow, I liked the food there. Absolutely real taste of India. Staffs are also nice. Will visit soon again. Thank you @bombay bites
I have had better chaat items in different places. very small shop! Paav Bhaji - tastes different, the paav has a strong onion smell. Not good. The vada pav was very tangy, bhel puri was not bhel at all! just mixture of peanuts and onion tomato and a tangy sauce!
Nice little vegetarian eatery with very friendly staff. It was our first time trying Indian street food and it was delicious! Great food and drinks with very reasonable prices. They have a small area to eat inside.
The worst food I’ve had in Canada the past 3 years. 1. Cockroach in my table. 2. Paani Puri water - taken straight from fridge and served. Aloo spoiled. 3. Vada Pav - Frozen ones were simply reheated. Pav wasn’t even cooked. The reviews you see are probably fake.
Small place for good Chaat food. Butter Vada Pav is amazing. Must try. Masala Chai is really thick and good. Loved it. This place can get busy but the service was good. Vegetarian options: Only vegetarian options available Parking: Since this place is located in a plaza, it has a good amount of parking spots.
This is basically a indian steet food place. But I really liked their service. My friend ordered schezwan noodles instead of noodle burger by mistake and when she told her she replaced her dish very politely with no extra charge. I I tried vadapav, vegetable grill sandwich and noodle burger. Vadapav was bit spicy and the vada inside it was delicious. Sandwich was loaded with vegetables and cheese. Noodle burger was also good.
Very few places who make Vegan pav bhaji which is no rocket science Travelled all the way from downtown Toronto to have vegan pav bhaji. Sadly it was not up to the mark. Too much oil and spices the food gave us stomach ache & heart burn. The misal pav was even more oily and spicy. The Pani Puri however was the opposite. The mint Pani was tasteless and felt like a drop of flavour in water. The filling for the Puri was also bland and they didn’t even serve the meetha chutney. The big plus point is that they are pure vegetarian and they were willing to prepare vegan pav bhaji. They also use vegan butter and cheese which is commendable. If one is not too precise with flavours oil and spices then it’s a good place for mumbai chats and snacks. Vegan options available. Maybe one can ask for less oil and spices not sure but can always try Decent and inexpensive food joint in Scarborough. The server was attentive and informative. Hopefully, if they improve, correct balance of flavours spices and oil the place would be amazing.
After a looooooong looooooong time had proper authentic Indian chaat... The food was yummy, good spicy, menu prices are comparatively lower than others and overall delicious. One advice I would like to give is to order early in the evening as although I got all the items I wanted, but when I went to pickup at 10 pm, I found people returning empty handed as dishes were not available.
One of the best restaurants I have found in Scarborough by far. It has an authentic indian taste with reasonable price and the place is extremely hygienic with great hospitality. Must try Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav. Cutting chai, Dahi Papdi,
Nice clean 100% pure vegetarian restaurant. Friendly staff and delicious food. It’s worth trying if you like Indian Street Food.
