Deschutes Gift Baskets

We stopped in town last minute to get a gift basket that represented bend for a friend (as a thank you) and they quickly put together exactly what we requested for a very reasonable price. Their product is great, their customer service was great, their price was good, but I will say they don't have much of a storefront. It was difficult to find and inside was less than impressive. However I stand by my satisfaction otherwise.

Deschutes Gift Baskets has been a wonderful source for client thank you gifts. Recently, I ordered referral gifts and they are perfect! They used my logo on the packaging and included treats made in Oregon for a unique gift that clients love. Quick response, reasonable rates, and exceptional customer service.

Ordered a beer and food gift basket from them a week before Xmas. Got a confirmation from PayPal that the payment went through but never got a confirmation from them with shipment/tracking number. The email the company sent had no reply address. I had to do some research and find an email on line to write to. That email kept bouncing back. Called them three times and left messages to get a confirmation on the shipment. No response to any of the callls. Finally got in touch with PayPal to ask for their help. Got reimbursed but NO ONE from the company ever contacted me to explain what happened and why they didn't send my gift basket for Christmas. Very disappointed.

I love this place! I live in Los Angeles with a family in Bend. Deschutes Gift Baskets has, on a number of occasions made sue my family received a basket delivered with love.
