I already knew I loved crater lake vodka before I walked in because it's such amazing stuff! They do a complimentary tasting of 6 spirits of your choice. I absolutely LOVED the berry vodka (made with all local berries) and the hazelnut one was quite awesome too. The reason I gave only 4 stars, is because they were understaffed to do a tour.

I think this place makes good spirits. I think the tasting room while clean and air conditioned lacks as an experience. I was asking about the spirits they had poured and instead of telling me about the spirits, they told me to read the plastic description card at the center of the table. They were a little busy, but not very. When I asked more questions, I couldn't tell if they were being cagey and hesitant because the information was proprietary and they didn't want to share it, or if they just didn't want to talk about it. I just wanted to learn about their spirits and what made them unique and theirs. They did forget to bring me the cocktail I ordered, but that was an honest mistake any of us could have made. All and all, I just wanted someone passionate to talk to me and get me excited about their products.
