Jim seemed very friendly and personable. Travis is who I worked with most. Travis was kinda standoffish and impersonable - quiet...not very salesy. I was told in conversations with both of them that they "would cover the license and registration". With Jim it was in the middle of negotiating price! How else could I interpret that? I thought they would COVER license and reg fees! So I overlooked Travis's standoffishness, and went for it. At the very last minute he sprang not only the cost of the dmv fees but extra $115 documentation fees too! $300 total! Sorry, but I don't just have an extra $300 lying around.

We are Canadians dealing from a great distance ,Jim and Travis have been the utmost of honest and accommodating in our experience.We would recommend them without question.

Dishonest dealer. Had a buddy of mine that had a price commitment and pickup date lined up. Dealer said that the vehicle wouldn't be ready for sale until arranged date anyway. One day before the sale the dealer sold the vehicle out from under him for a few hundred bucks extra cash. Would you want to buy from a dealer that would give up on his word for a few hundred dollars. Didn't think so.

We were looking for a low priced car for our daughter who was heading back to college after Christmas break. We looked at several lots and they seemed to have the best selection of cars under $5,000 and the best prices from what we found. We bought a Toyota Avalon from them that had almost 150,000 miles on it. Our mechanic looked it over and gave it a thumbs up. We were pleased with the financing they offered, the amount of time the transaction took and of course with the Avalon. Forgot the name of the guy we worked with but everyone there was nice and we really liked that we did not get pressured like you do at most lots.

We were so happy to find someone OPEN on Sunday on my day off and my daughter loves her new/1st car ... Thankyou.. Travis Jonas for being there and being so helpful... You Rock!
