I saw Dr Haiducu. I was 5 minutes early, but he saw.me right away. He is very nice, friendly and easy to speak with. He is reassuring, and prompt with the treatment I required. I was also able to get an appointment to see him promptly. All in all an excellent experience.

Dr. Garnis-jones is very impersonal and seemingly impatient. If you're too old and too jaded to take care of people, just retire already. Not mention the the administrative staff. Not one attempt to make me feel welcome or comfortable. They must all take the same etiquette class. Poor performance.

Had to wait 6 months to see Dr. Haiducu. Finally had a brief and rushed 10 minute appointment, where I was not permitted to address more than one issue, even though I was referred by my GP for a couple of dermatology concerns. I am now waiting another 4 months for another appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

Good dermatologist, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Great, welcoming front staff, nice and clean updated waiting room, punctual, easy parking.

Boo! Terrible experience at this place. Dr.Sylvia strolls in 15 min late, confused about who I was and why I was there? I think she had the wrong patient information up? Her advice was weak and uninformative. No options given just the most expensive non-covered treatment at her clinic. Yikes!!! Definitely seek a 2nd opinion even if you have to get a new referral from your physician.

Dr. Haiducu and the receptionist team were wonderfully informative and patient during my 1st ever dermatology appointment for Psoriasis. He had wonderful bedside manners and took the time to listen and answer my plethora of questions and concerns. He even inquired if I had extended health as there was an ointment for my face that does wonders, but is expensive, otherwise, he had other options available too. I travelled from out of town with my bf who joined and would do so again. I am looking forward to treatment. I am happy he didn’t jump to pills or injections as other doctors may have. They will likely come in the future and will then be a viable treatment. Thank you to the blondish receptionist I’m sorry for not getting your name, and to Dr. Haiducu for being professional and empathetic as I learn to handle this new diagnosis.

I’ve been a client of Dr. Sylvia Garnis-Jones for the last year. She has been very informative and always professional with me, answering my questions. I’m a very personable person and so I always strike up a conversation with people I don’t know, breaking the ice and making my experience a good one and I believe she felt the same. She has removed a mole on my face which has been treated 4 times by another dermatologist without success. I’m very grateful because my mole was gone just with one treatment! Both times that I’ve been there, the staff were very pleasant and her offices were clean. I would recommend her.

I've been to dermatologists in Alberta and Texas and now here and my best experience was with Dr Haiducu. He was thorough and respectful and informative and detail oriented in terms of checking carefully and explaining.

I got lip fillers done. I noticed that there were gaps where the lip filler was and hard lumps were formed. I went to see if she could fix it and she added more filler. More hard lumps formed so now my lip line is bumpy and does not look natural. I went in and tried to ask her about it again but she said no it doesn't need anything and didn't even look. I went to another clinic and they said the filler was done incorrectly and the lumps were not normal. Now I have bumpy lips and don't know how long it will last. Had another procedure with her and it was fine but do not come here for filler.
