Maple Ridge Dentistry for Kids

Let me start by saying, I like the dentist here but the support staff is terrible. After they cancelled our original appointment and rescheulded for 8 weeks later, we showed up for our appointment 1 minute after 4pm. All of the doors were locked, the security gates were up and there was a sign on the door that said go around the building and up the stairs to find the entrance. Fine, so we go up to the rooftop parking where of course we can't find and entrance. Then I call them, no answer. So we go back to the front entrance and there's someone inside now. The woman comes to the door and says we're late so all of the dentists have left (rudely). Really because your hours right there on the door say you're open until 4:30? We were here and the sign says go to the rooftop to enter? They definitely expected us accommodate them and didn't return the sentiment. Don't waste your time, there are other good dentists in Maple Ridge.

My kids are actually excited to go to the dentist. The staff are friendly and never condescending and always let the kids know what they are going to do before they do it. Great place for kids!

I am so glad to have this office in Maple Ridge. They are so kind and patient. They really understand children and how to provide the best pediatric dental care.

The super kid friendly environment makes my daughter excited to be there! It’s extremely clean and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.
