I took my elderly mother to see Gary in 2015, after she moved in with us. She had hearing aids but they weren't fitting properly. Gary checked her ears and discovered that she needed to have them custom made as her ear canals took right angles. After the moulds had been made, and the new ones were fitted, she was very happy. Gary also took the time to give Mum a proper, thorough hearing test, something else the other hearing aid people did not do... Gary was able to calibrate the hearing aids properly and Mum could actually hear properly for the first time since she had purchased her hearing aids, from the other hearing aid business, three years before. He was able to do all of this under the original warranty. He also managed to get Mum the remote which should have been included with her original purchase. We last saw him in June 2016 and are due to see him again for regular maintenance, etc. Gary is very kind and patient, especially with seniors.
