I had booked an 15 minute initial call and the phone was cutting off. firstly I was called 4 minutes late, secondly she only spoke with me for 5 minutes as our connection was poor. I tried calling back to hopefully finish the call and the secretary instead told me to book an actual appointment. I totally had no issue and was excited to move forward with Dr. Cobi. BUT the fact that my call was cut short and I didn't get a chance to finish the consult left me doubting the services and client care.
I am so blessed to be one of Dr Cobi's patients. She continually helps me maintain great health. She is always available to me and has the kind of compassion that every doctor should have. I would recommend Dr Cobi to anyone. She is fantastic!
The women at this clinic have saved my ability to work. Every time I come to dr.cobis clinic I am greeted and welcomed in such a lovely way. They even know my name by my voice when I call. Erin is so lovely and accommodating. Many times I have called when they have no availability and I am called back on the same day. They pay attention to their cancellation list which is very thoughtful as most places do not pay much attention to their cancellation list. The treatment is amazing.. I stick to what I need but I have tried other treatments they have and they are also fantastic! They are always keeping up with new technology and they have something for everyone. It has been my saving grace. I’ve had all of the technicians treat me and I have never been disappointed. They are so kind, generous with their treatments, and I always have great conversations with them as well. This clinic has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t speak more highly of them and I wish more people would be smart enough to come here! Love you ladies. Thank you so much for all your help throughout the years.
I am so thankful for the help of Dr. Cobi - Dr of Natural Medicine and her expertise. I had been struggling with low iron and a few other symptoms and she really listened and heard me out. While I am not against conventional medicine I am very aware and treat my health and my families health as naturally as possible. I love that Dr. Cobi has a very integrative approach because she is a Doctor specializing in this area.
Dr. Cobi Slater is a business woman out to make money. I wish I had never seen Dr. Cobi. I spent almost $1000 before I realized this was only the. Beginning. She has zero bedside manner. I actually made a not to myself after my initial visit with her how I did not feel good about her. In the end, in a matter of 2 weeks, I spent so much money to have her mess up my body. And only to have her want to charge me for subsequent visits in order to “help me” and “sort out my issues”.......that she caused actually. And that she took zero responsibility for. I can’t stand this woman and hope she goes out of business. I’m still trying to fix the mess she made with my body. Do NOT trust her. I found her staff to be completely unprofessional as well. The receptionist i spoke to took it very personally that i had a problem with the “services “ she “provided” to me.
Amazing. Dr.Slater is a true doctor. She listens and wants to help! She is knowledgeable and uses techniques other doctors don't or may have not even heard of, and Dr Cobi helped me with issues that where otherwise treatable by family physicians and DRUGS. Dr Slater is a very compassionate doctor who wants to figure out what's going on. I recommend her to everyone.
I have been seeing Dr. Cobi since 2008! She was referred to me from a friend who attended school with her when my health was in trouble. She solved it and has been my health guru and Doctor since then and I fully trust her with all our family's health issues.
For years I had suffered from various health problems such as digestive issues, fatigue, mood swings and a sluggish metabolism. I had tried everything with no success. I decided to seek out the help of Dr. Cobi - Doctor of Natural Medicine. Finally I started seeing results! I recently had to cancel an appointment and ended up being charged again! I was first told that they didn’t overcharge me however upon making another call to them they confessed to pushing a wrong button. I was spoken to as if I was in the wrong when in fact it was their mistake. Plus I’m still waiting on my refund!! Great customer service! Lol Thankfully I’ve found a much better doctor.
please note Dr Cobi is not a Naturopath Doctor. You will be required to sign a waiver that you understand this. However, if you were expecting a Naturopath Doctor you will still have pay for the appointment regardless
