Dr Leo Mok ( Ridge Meadows Eye Centre)

I walked in - was demanded to wear a mask. They asked for a letter of exemption - which they are not at liberty to ask this information. She was shaking her head constantly. I asked her "what was she trying to communicate to me". The young girl "abruptly and very rude" asked me to wait outside until I'm called. I walked outside - looked up to the sky....and said "I'm not liking the way I'm being treated"..... and left! Very bad experience and I would NOT recommend going here. I'll be sure to spread the word!

Very rude doctor. My senior parents have been going to him for years and he always looks annoyed and have no patience with my parents. He never wants to listen to their concerns and rush them out. Not helpful at all in improving their conditions. I'm finally taking them to a different doctor. Staff is also extremely rude.

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. My apt was for 12pm I got there and there was a note on the door that said be back in half hour. I called over 7 times with no answer, message box full and over 3 elderly men standing out in the pouring rain waiting for their appointment as well. That was my first experience there and will never go back. Do better RMO!

I was very impressed with this dr and his staff. Very clean place, very informative and helpful dr. I will need to see a dr again soon and would go straight to this one. I'm kind of sad to see some of these comments because it was so far from my experience.

Don't ever get Refered to this Dr Mok by your family Dr . His staff is extremely rude They cancelled my appointment after keeping my reference for 6 months in their office . Didn't tell me why .I found out after long long time from my refering Dr's office .

Not a good doctor. Not happy with him. He didn't give me drops for my high eye pressure last year, and now my left eye got glucoma. He always in doubt and confusing. Not enough experience

Super helpful and informative. Busy and efficient office. I've been seeing him for at least 6+ years and he and his staff are consistent.

Good friendly staff. I had a piece of metal in my eye and they got it out easily and with no discomfort. Definitely recommend.

Great staff and personable Doc. I would recommend to anyone. Clean, comfortable, and wonderful experience.
