I had probably the best cleaning I have ever gotten from this place! I have extremely sensitive gums and the lady was super gentle and took her time. She also applied a topical freezing kind of thing on some of the more sensitive areas.Had a pain free cleaning and I don't think I've had that before in my life! All the staff and dentist are super friendly, highly recommend!
Arista is the best dental clinic in Maple Ridge. The receptionists are genuinely warm and kind. The dental hygienist, Marcela, is incredible. She listens to her patients and is very passionate about her job. The dentist is honest and takes the time to ensure that his patients are comfortable. I longer dread going to the dentist!
Love Arista Clinic. Dr. Guillermo is super patient with my kids , he has all the time for them and he replies always to all their questions. Michelle is a great assistant, super kind . And Charlene…so so helpful!!! Since I come in she smiles me and makes me feel so welcome. 100% recommended!!
I have extreme fear of dentitst’s and have for years. I develop extreme anxiry just thinking of the thought attending the dentist.This was my thir visit to the their office and everyone treatment I received was phenomenal service. the staff are very caring, wih lots of empathy if you a slight bit of anxious. misumderstanding. Absolutely beautiful dental office with modern decor. The staff are extremely friendly and Dr. Bourget is very personable and you can tell he and his staff truly cares about their patients. This dental clinic sets the bar for the standard all dental offices should meet. From cleanliness to professionalism, this place has it all. And also, they have a very cute corner for kids to play while you're getting your teeth worked on. Would definitely recommend.
Im so happy I went to this dentist office they have made it a very comfortable experience. I was very scared of the dentist due to fear and anxiety. I'm so thankful for Dr. Bourget and his staff they are very talented and kind. My teeth have never felt better
After having horrible experiences at other dental clinics I finally have the confidence to go back to the dentist after just one visit. The team there makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this office and dentist to anyone that is super nervous or afraid of going back to the dentist. They take the time to explain everything that is going on with your dental health and makes sure that you leave happy and comfortable
After years of being terrified to go back to the dentist after something happened when I was young, the staff made me feel so welcome and the clinics decor is so pretty. All the staff are super knowledgeable and Dr. Bourget explained everything I need done in full detail. Almost all my fear of the dentist has gone away after only the first visit
My experience in the office was fantastic the place is beautiful, all the staff are amazing and very friendly. Michelle at the front desk she's very sweet Dr. Bourguet is an excellent dentist, reliable, friendly, he does an incredible work, I highly recommend Arista Dental Clinic 100%
I have severe dental phobia, from a trauma that happened as a child at the dentist. Marcella the Hygienist was very patient with me and did an amazing job, when I saw my teeth I was so happy. Dr. Bourget was very empathetic and kind. I was much harder on myself and the staff at Arista Dental clinic made a nervous experience feel safe, welcoming and painless.
