Cloud 9 Beautique & Medical Spa

I love this place! I get my lips done by Dr. Gouws and he does an amazing job. They did exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable each time. I do not plan on going to anyone else while I am in the maple ridge area to do any of my cosmetic fillers, And Debbie was so great! She was so professional and friendly and made sure to check in with me a few days after each time and addressing any questions I had. I highly recommend this Salon!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I got a basic manicure done by Hayley and the experience was awesome! She (and her coworkers) were very friendly and easy to talk to. I mostly wanted to review because 2 days after said manicure I wrapped Christmas presents for charity for 5 hours and none of my nails chipped! I am very impressed. :)

I had a horrible experience with a mani pedi about a year ago, the owner was pretty good about rectifying the situation. I decided to try the medical spa side and have had nothing but 5 star service! I always have visited my plastic surgeons office for services, however Cloud 9 is extremely clean, and i felt really comfortable with the medical staff! I would highly recommend trying the medical spa service, and see Debbie!

Cloud 9 offers a relaxing spa atmosphere and professional experience at a very affordable price. I was shocked to find my shellac pedicure was priced comparable to the ‘less professional / fast service’ nail studios that are plentiful in Maple Ridge and sometimes makeyou feel like cattle being herded in and out the door. I thoroughly enjoyed my no-rush treatment and was happy to have such a fantastic experience with cleanliness and professionally managed appointments to keep peace of mind. Thanks to Chantal for running sucha tight ship and demanding such a high level of quality, customer service and professionalism from the certified estheticians she hason the front lines. Businesses like this should absolutely be considered first for their top quality service at a competitive price.Thank you so much!
