As a frequent business traveller, I spend a lot of time in hotels. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. This location by far is one of the best hotels I have been to! The rooms and the facility are spotless and the level of service is exceptional! The restaurant was good, however, I feel there is some room for improvement in terms of food quality. I will definitely stay here again next time I am working in the area.

The room was excellent; blew my expectations away. However: After ordering some room service, I had the option to go pick it up. I was given a time for pick up, and that time was not met. While being understanding, I was sent back to my room and was told to wait 10 more minutes for the food to be ready. I went back down 10 minutes later and was yet again told my food was not ready. i was asked to seat in the lobby and wait for the order; no offers of anything whatsoever while I waited. 25 minutes later, the food arrived. I had already paid ahead, but was prompted to pay once more, which I refused to do so while explaining why. This was not a pleasant experience. Hopefully it does not happen to anyone else.

Great stay, what you'd expect from one of these hotels. Newer, nice and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast is not included. Decent location if you're in the Waterloo area as it's a quick walk to the mini shopping centre and uptown stretch. Quick drive to both universities and Conestoga mall.

Beautiful, upscale hotel and would definitely stay again! We got a 1 King guest room with the romance package and got lots of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. Room and bathroom were very clean and luxurious. Comfy robes were delivered at no extra cost. Awesome service and our parking in the lower garage was free.

I love this place, the staff is wonderful and have always been very attentive. My favourite from my first time there has always been Alex, nice young man who really cares about the hotel and visiting guests. Always did anything he could to make our stay comforting had any issues arise and knows the area well so gave some excellent tips on good spots to visit while overnighting. The only problem I had were about the pillows, they're too high for toddlers, my two year old had a really hard time sleeping. I also wish the hotel had a jacuzzi. Other than those two things, it's a very nice place with a fantastic pool!
