Nice lobby and a nice bar restaurant. Service was good. Rates are reasonable. A bit of walking to the parking which is extra charge. We were in the older section in the rooms were a bit narrow and the bathroom was small no counter space - but the furniture and cleanliness and bedding was all quite good. Arrived at the hotel late and the check in was really fast. Very close covered parking attached to the hotel and the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was we didn't get a balcony. The breakfast they serve is highly recommended. Ours came included with the room but for $12 it's a full hot breakfast. Lots of sausage, bacon, waffles, fruit.. plenty selection. Drinks included. The pool and the bowling, ping pong area looked really cool and I want to check it out next time

Was there fir a large meeting 3 weeks ago and was on the 9th floor only 1 elevator was in service the entire time there had to be 100s of us there I had too take the stairs multiple times as it was faster than the elevator wait. The aqua lounge was brutal cold food and I had to get my own drink as the restaurant was packed and only had 1 waiter. Clean room and spacious!

This is a very nice hotel in downtown Kitchener. Everything was clean and smelled great. The staff was very friendly and the food was also quite good. I would recommend them for their rooms and their event spaces.

I stayed here while my mom was at St. Mary's recovering from heart surgery. The front desk staff (night time) were amazing. The room was good although a little cold with the wall of windows. I would have liked to have had a mini bar with water or pop in the room for a 5 star rating. Also a place to hang wet towels. But overall an excellent 3 night stay with friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Thank you for making a stressful time a little more bearable.
