Our son's U11 Team stayed here for two nights while playing in a local tournament. All families were in agreement that we were all very happy with the stay. Check in staff were very friendly and even knew when we played and who we were playing...wishing us luck.nOur group was mostly all on the same floor with a conference room at the end of the hall. This was SUPER convenient! Kids played respectively in the halls and we were never given any grief for this.nPool was a hit with all the kids and very clean.nWe will not hesitate to book here again as a group.
These people are hospitality professionals. The facilities look a little 90s dated, but the property is kept exceptionally clean, in working order, and accessible.nnAfter staying too many times at expensive and overrated local properties nearby, the Crowne Plaza is more comfortable, more spacious, more welcoming, and better run - and more affordable - than most other properties.nnExceptional service. 5 stars all the way.
We had our Company holiday event here and the Hotel event staff took very good care of us! The room was gorgeously decorated! When we ended up having more guests than predicted, they stepped up and accommodated us by letting us utilize the nearby rooms to hold our buffet and photographer. The room for the photographer had plenty of space. The food was amazing and nicely arranged. They also brought in a dance floor for us which was perfect spacing. They also put in 2 bars for us at each end of the room for more convenience. The staff were frequently checking in with me to ensure a smooth success of the party and so far, we have not had any complaints, all we all compliments! Thank you to Devika, Ishita and David for making our night amazing! Thank you to the chef for making such great dishes and desserts!
10/10 Exceptionaln2 Jul 2024nA very pleasant surprised.nCleanness was 5-star. The breakfast buffet is the best in years I have found. They give attention to any detail: freshness, variety of food , egg preparation and presentation, as well as different types of milk, fruit and nutritional value. The 90%-carbohydrates breakfasts that are common in other hotels, don't exist in Crowne Hotel. On the contrary, I was highly pleased with the attention given to protein content menu, and vegetables. Last but not least, they made us feel as we really are: unique, important individuals. I know they will improve the brightness and carpets in corridors and a little more lights in the rooms, but that faded when I encountered the gratifying welcome each time I run into an employee. Way to go!
For such a large building, it's clean and well maintained. Mattress was comfy. Best experience I've had in a chain hotel since Covid. Will definitely return when back in The K/W region
