Great location for a business trip. The hotel was very quiet . I didn’t hear any noise at all, which was important for me after long workdays.nnYevheniia did an excellent job with the room. I didn’t get a chance to thank her personally. It was cleaned and set up exactly how I like it. I also appreciated the extra coffee pods , a nice detail that didn’t go unnoticed.nnCheck-in was quick and efficient. No line, just a few minutes and I was in my room.nnThank you for the solid stay. I would recommend this hotel.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel Crown Plaza. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming.nnSpecial thanks to Salman.B for his excellent service, he was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. His support really made the stay more comfortable.nnI would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again
I travel all around the world and stay in many great hotels, but this one truly stands out. From the front desk to breakfast service, I have never seen a team so attentive to the guest experience and experience. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and the location was excellent. A well-deserved 5 stars for the entire staff!
I had my wedding in the grand ballroom. Ishita helped me every step of the way including staying within my budget and ideas of how to make it affordable yet elegant. She is wonderful to work with and makes time to meet with you to dissect your vision to make it come to life.nThe rooms were clean and ready. Decorated beautifully for wedding day! Any requestsnExtra chairs, tables, etc… were made always with a friendly staff.nLocation is busy and at the time there was construction in the parking area making it inconvenient for guests to park further away but we managed and everyone got to our event. Guests had to pay for their own parking spot and perhaps this is the only thing I would recommend they change for events or construction times.nThe catering service and food was my absolute favorite! I didn’t have a tasting night but they already had great reviews. Almost every guest complimented the food!nThe manager was also super friendly and helpful even when we had to turn down the music, he was very professional about it all.nI highly recommend this place if you’re interested in holding an event big or small they have options.
Everyone at this hotel is so nice. Most notably, for me, a waitress in the restaurant named Carol was absolutely phenomenal. Very caring and attentive. She is so personal and makes you feel like a guest in her own home. I would recommend this hotel and the restaurant to anyone staying in the area.
