We REALLY enjoyed our stay! Travelling with a toddler too!nnAqua Restaurant: Food was DELICIOUS! The flavours, portion sizes and presentation was wonderful! Attentive, polite and friendly servers and someone who puts passion into the food must be behind the food!!! They also had weekend drink and food specials that we took advantage of! Easily comparable to Moxies or Earls but right in your hotel so PJ’s and messy hair or suit and tie was totally acceptable - my kind of party!nnStaff: Check in Super quick and easy - there was plenty of reps available to assist. Was fortunate enough to update to a King Suite at no cost. The staff were all very friendly and professional!! Even brought a food delivery up to our room, but still unsure if that was bad Skip-The-Dishes service or really good hotel service!nnParking: Lots of spaces available and we didn’t mind the walk to the door at all.nnHotel: it’s beautiful, clean, lots of attention to detail. Modern and interesting. Lots of great amenities. Pool was awesome! And although we did not utilize the gym, bowling , indoor mini putt or arcade we wish we would have had the time to! Beds were very comfy! Great location - took advantage of “The Museum” just down the road - 10/10 do recommend!nnHousekeeping - Very impressed! Had our room tidied upon return from an adventure away from the hotel!nnAnd…the elevator was super efficient to top it all off!!

I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel—it was perfect for both rest and focus.nThe staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and I’d especially like to thank Chitra at the front desk for her warm welcome and professionalism—she truly made check-in smooth and enjoyable.nThe amenities were great, including a wide variety of TV channels for relaxing after a long day. The hotel also offers convenient access to nearby restaurants and transit, which made my stay even more enjoyable.nHighly recommend for business travelers, conference attendees, or anyone looking for a clean and comfortable hotel with excellent service!

Whether it was assisting with directions, providing recommendations for nearby attractions, or ensuring my room was comfortable, every team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay enjoyable.nnAs for the cleanliness of the hotel, I was thoroughly impressed. The entire property is meticulously maintained, from the lobby to the rooms. My room was spotless and well-organized, with attention to detail in every corner. The bathrooms were pristine, and the linens were fresh, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel’s public areas were equally well-kept, with the floors and facilities always looking neat and tidy.nnOverall, my experience at Crowne Plaza exceeded my expectations. The staff’s impeccable service and the cleanliness of the hotel made it a truly pleasant and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodations!
Our son's U11 Team stayed here for two nights while playing in a local tournament. All families were in agreement that we were all very happy with the stay. Check in staff were very friendly and even knew when we played and who we were playing...wishing us luck.nOur group was mostly all on the same floor with a conference room at the end of the hall. This was SUPER convenient! Kids played respectively in the halls and we were never given any grief for this.nPool was a hit with all the kids and very clean.nWe will not hesitate to book here again as a group.
While the rooms are modern and look nice, the walls are paper thin. You can hear every noise from neighbouring rooms and the hallways. There are sliding doors in the room which lets through a draft and the noise from the street. Heavy truck traffic uses the downtown streets beginning before 5am. Last night, a homeless man on the street began screaming and shouting at 3am, this continued until well after 5am. While I understand this is not in the hotel’s control, if there was proper windows/doors and if the building was sufficiently noise-proofed, it would not have been so disruptive!nnOn my first night, I experienced below-par service. I ordered a meal from a nearby restaurant because the hotel restaurant had not opened yet. When I got back to my room with the food, I realized they had missed giving me cutlery. I made a quick visit downstairs where the restaurant had now opened to ask for a disposable fork or to borrow a set of silverware and was told by the manager, in a smug and rude way, that they wouldn’t provide me with that because I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant. I have never experienced rudeness of that type in a hotel, especially while attending for a business conference. This is obviously. Regular occurrence at this hotel, because, when I visited the front desk, I was given a wooden fork.nnOverall, it’s a nice space, beds are nice, but unless you bring earplugs, good luck sleeping! Customer service mentality starts from the top down, and the manager is clearly not prioritizing guest experience!
