The staff were extremely friendly however I had a room next to the stairs and could here people going up and down all the time. Also someone doing jumping jacks in the room above me starting at 6 am.The beds were hard and the pillows were way too soft. It is a beautiful hotel and it is kept very clean.

Clean. Friendly staff. Nice large rooms. The Bistro is nice, food is decent. Bar closes at 10pm which is unfortunate but the hotel allowed us to stay until midnight. Would have been a 5 star if there was more opportunity to access the bar and kitchen since the hotel is on the out skirts. Also, the food was just ok and there is a lack of amenities. Example, sauna, games room or pool. They do have a gym but it's small. I would recommend this hotel.

This place was so great. Cassandra was so accommodating and helpful. She told me how to get around and what was fun to do. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Even when the hotel looks a bit older, everything is very well maintained and looks like new inside. I would only suggest to have bath tubs, the don’t have any! Also, my coffee maker had some sort of mold inside, where you pour the water.

Location and service were great. Rooms were clean. Didn't check out the amenities, but people in my party did and said they were satisfactory. I didn't give 5 stars because I found that the rooms didn't have good sound control... We could hear everything going on in the rooms around us and were sure that others could therefore hear us. Not great for privacy. Otherwise, nice hotel and I would stay again.
