Self serve food taste good, but was not hot. Lunch was $35... Even if I took half the amount of food, it was still not worth it. The place looked terrible with old equipment on the floor, poorly maintained interior, and random clutter.
Best Chinese restaurant near UBC. Food is very authentic and not over priced.
Make sure you never order their recommended list on the menu. Terrible. The environment is unsatisfactory. Skies and other little flying insects keep visiting your meal all the time. The waitresses are weird. Keep disturbing you and asking for your order, even if still scanning. We were given three rice cake made up with different glutens. However, they never told me their is a hard core inside it! My mouth got bleeding while they refused to apologize saying that "It is common knowledge." The food is pricy and just fair.
The food was delicious, however, one of their waiter was quite rude, when we were ordering, she required us to speed up! We were ordering under 3 minutes. She just can't wait any longer! As we finished ordering, she complained we didn't order much!!!
I heard they redecorate the inside, also some drinks and hotpot are coming soon. But they still have fast food in the morning and it’s just amazing!
I really love the food there. Also, Most Important! Beautiful waiter here
Probably the worst restaurant on campus. Management keeps changing the name of the restaurant to get rid of bad reviews on google and yelp but the food stays the same. Came here to eat for my sister's graduation celebration. We ordered pork hocks. It was insanely salty. So salty that we teared up when the food entered our mouths. Food quality aside, the service was poor as well. The servers were combative and aggressive when we suggested the food was too salty. We asked them to bring it back and water it down or have the chef taste it themselves. They kept saying "No, this is how its supposed to taste" Right.... as if I haven't eaten good Chinese food before.
I'd give this restaurant no stars if I could've. The food itself was not bad to be very honest. However, the waiters' attitudes were ridiculous. My friends and I waited for a meal for 40 minutes while other people that came after us have their food already. Another table behind ours did not receive their bowl of rice until they have already finished their meal. How long does it take 3 servers to bring one bowl of rice to their customer? I must also note, only a few tables in the restaurant were seated. I understand that the restaurant only had one chef that day, hence the long waiting time. Yet when my friend decided that she was not satisfied with the service and chose not to pay for the tip, the server tried to stop her from leaving the restaurant. I explained the situation to the server, she mumbled, "But it's a restaurant." Yes, its a restaurant, but if customers are not satisfied with the quality of the service, we have the lawful right to choose not to give tips. Meanwhile another waiter, who seemed like the manager, came by and tell my friends and I that in these circumstances customers should still pay the tips regardless. If you really would like to force customers to pay tips, maybe you should just embed the tip within the menu as the price of the food itself.
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful in letting us know good options on the menu, food was also very authentic
Owner is extremely greedy, service are horrible. Alot of better choice near by the area. No reason to go for this in terms of both prices and services.Food: 1/5
