Dartnall Mini Storage

It does what it does, store things. Price seems fair. Not 24 hour access, but close enough for me. Monthly billing is something you have to arrange in person. They are super helpful though.

So today I recieved a call saying my payment did not go through. Ok. Not a big deal. I let the lady know I will come in and pay it. So I left work early from St Catharines to come pay my bill. When I got to the redhill the traffic was backed up, so I called and asked if they are closing at 5 sharp. I stated I am on the redhill and there is some congestion "Yes I am was her reply". So I had 10 min to get there. When I arrived at 5:02. All the lights were off and door was locked. It was quite interesting since the door said open untill 5:15 and the website said 5:30. They purposly closed early it the hopes I wouldn't pay my bill so they can have my possessions. I would not recommend this storage facility based on this one experience. Very shady!!!! I will update this post tomorrow first thing after I pay my bill tomorrow.

Well I moved out of the house I was renting and I had 3 couches in a unit. Took me some time to find a new place so when I did I had everything in my storage unit. So I went into my storage unit to find mouse feces all over the couches. They basically told me tough luck and move on. I paid 160$ a month so I didn't have to buy all new furniture but it didn't matter in the end. They also said that the bait the unit and the outside of the unit which when I looked inside there was no traps and the outside they had 1 about 15 units down. If you are looking to store furniture this facility is not reliable.
