I just moved here, and I needed storage. After having trouble after contacting several other places, the property manager Beth got me set up in fifteen minutes. She took the time to help me find the best unit at the most affordable price. I would strongly reccomend this storage facility. Its is clean, secure and has friendly staff.

We've been at Advantage Storage for a few years now and love it.  It's well maintained, secure, and every time we add or delete a unit or parking spot Sara never acts like it's a problem. She's been a big help to us.  We've rented from many businesses in the area and none have made us feel as welcome and valued as Advantage Storage. We really appreciate it!

I called advantage self storage about 15 minutes before closing. Wasn't sure if they were going to be able to help me and thought I would have to wait until monday. But Sara took the time to wait for me even though it was almost closing time. She was very informative, her customers service was beyond amazing! If I could give her more than just a 5 star review I definitely would. One of the best managers I have dealt with and definitely does a great job representing this storage company. Prices are very reasonable as well. Great job!

Unfortunate experience here.  I hope that it was an honest mistake.  I made an appointment to view an outdoor space to store a travel trailer that was going to be delivered the following week.  I met the friendly and helpful Sarah who showed me the space.  I told her I'd take the space.  She scheduled an appointment for the following week and informed me what to bring with me when I signed the contract.  When I went to the appointment the following week to sign the agreement and pay, she told me the space was no longer available and that she had rented it.  Disappointing and  now I'm scrambling for a place to store the camper.

We used Advantage Self Storage to store our belongings during the process of selling our home and moving. The units were clean, easily accessed and the grounds were well maintained. Office staff was pleasant, easy to work with and answered any questions I had.

Had a great experience getting our storage unit.  Sarah was a delight to work with, very accommodating and friendly.  The unit was very clean and everything is well maintained.  Highly recommend this facility and specifically working with Sarah!

Have been very pleased with Advantage Self Storage Hamilton.  Manager Sara has been very helpful, professional, and courteous setting up our storage unit.  The facility and unit are spotless, and this location provides excellent security having a live-in resident on site plus many cameras, fences, gates, plus a great location with no homes nearby.  Sara worked with maintenance to make sure unit's door opened easily for us.  She is a great customer service manager!

What a great facility!  The manager "Sarah" is very helpful and accommodating. They really get to know their customers and go the extra mile  to make it pleasant. The facility very clean & well policed. The prices are among the best in the area, and the units are all vehicle-accessible so that you can load/unload straightaway. Very convenient! Highly recommend!

I called Advantage looking for a storage unit and even though they were completely full, Sara was amazing on the phone and understanding of my situation. She was patient with me, cause at the time I was frantic and a sobbing mess. Absolutely amazing customer service!
