If late for payment, they put a 2nd lock on the door till payment looked after. I understand this. However, once payment made, they're supposed to take their lock off! Twice now, I've needed to get into my stuff (office closed) and am held hostage although I'm in good standing!! They have even promised to remove their lock when I remind them and still don't! UNACCEPTABLE! !

Excellent customer service provided by Ann and Debbie. Always so helpful, professional and positive and go the extra mile to find something that suits perfectly. Great prices, clean units, laneways swept and clear. Perfect location to Red Hill and The Linc. I highly recommend this storage facility without hesitation. Penny Smith.
